"The property was clean and pre-warmed for our arrival. Check in was effortless and quick although no direction was given for return of keys if departing early. The bed was extremely comfortable A downside was the difficulty in accessing the designated car park; it is too small for medium/large SUVs."

"Merry Moose is a great place to stay for a few days in the Clare Valley. Modern amenities, wood fire and all the provisions you could want, and really well located between the local settlements and wineries.Traffic noise from the adjacent main road was the only downside which might affect some, but otherwise highly recommended."

"We stayed 3 nights in the sunset cabin and had an amazing time in this cute and cosy cabin.Its very private and has great views.The log fire was definitely a highlight for those cold and frosty nights. The location is great and close to lots of wineries and pubs. We would definitely recommend and will stay again for our next Clare Valley visit. Thank you. "

"Great elevated rural location close to town.Very peaceful Shower head in second bathroom needs replacing/ cleaned. Shower curtain in second bathroom needs to be longer as water goes all over the floor beyond the shower.Great welcome pack of bread, egggs, bacon, butter, jams, sauces & a bottle of wine. "The whole stay was amazing, the spa, fireplace, private courtyard, the comfy bed and the supplies for breakfast. It was very affordable, close to Clare to visit the wineries and grab some lunch. We will definitely be going back, the perfect retreat without the kids!!!"
