Located in Rhyll, this 5-star property comes complete with quality hotel linen and towels, so you can completely relax from the moment you arrive. With views of Westenport Bay, this property is set on 1986m2 of gardens and lush lawn areas, perfect for unwinding, relaxing, and reconnecting with loved ones. The property spans three levels and features some incredible spaces. Upstairs features a stunning living space and a window seat, and you will be amazed at the view of the water and beautiful surroundings. A wood heater, perfect for those chilly days, Smart TV and split system heating & air conditioning. A fully equipped modern kitchen and dining room that leads out onto a large deck area with an outdoor couch and BBQ, a perfect area to enjoy quiet evenings. Upstairs, there are also two bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, while the second bedroom has a built-in wardrobe. Both bedrooms feature ceiling fans. The ground level features another ample living space, perfect for those who require additional room. It features a smart TV, Heating, and Air Conditioning. You will also find two more bedrooms, all with built-in robes. The ground floor living space extends out to a large covered deck, perfect for entertaining and relaxing. With outdoor furniture, it is a great place to unwind and connect. The mezzanine level is the middle level of the house. Here, you will find the main entrance to Waterloo Retreat and the main staircase to access the other two levels. This level also has a bathroom, powder room, and another bedroom or study. Bayview Retreat is a perfect location for an all-year-round experience. With reverse cycle air conditioning and a Coorona Wood fireplace, you will be comfortable all year round. The amount of space - both the house and the grounds ensured everyone could enjoy quiet time if so desired. The amenities were fabulous, everything we needed for family meals, loved the two decking areas and the views to the water.
