The Vivaldi apartment consists of two rooms, a bathroom and outdoor space for your exclusive use. From the bedroom you have exclusive access to a quaint outdoor courtyard. \- Bedroom The large bedroom features 1 king-size bed (180cm\*200cm) with comforter and pillows filled with polyester and all necessary bed linens. \- Kitchen living room combo The large kitchen is combined with a living room. The kitchen is installed in June 2019 and well-equipped, features modern appliances. Contact us for a detailed inventory of the kitchen. \- Bathroom The bathroom has a window to the courtyard providing natural light and fresh air, features a large, walk-in shower. Hair dryer, soap, toilet paper as well as towels are provided. \- No Pet is allowed \- Parking Short-term parking of less than one hour in our court yard is allowed for you to load/unload the car. The village ordinance only allows short time parking in front of the building and we do not provide parking spaces. There is free unlimited parking in the public lot which is approximately 3 minutes away (walking distance). \- Bicycle stand You can park your bicycles in our courtyard under the roof. Please note that we do not take liability for loss or damages. Please always secure your bikes. \- Seating in the yard In our courtyard we have prepared tables and chairs for you. \-WiFi Free WiFi is available throughout the apartment. \- TV Satellite TV with more than 400 channels in English, German, and other languages. \-Telephone Local calls are free. \- Security Smoke detectors are installed in accordance to German law. The outside entrance features an intercom and the outdoor lights are activated via motion detectors. Fire extinguisher and first aid kit are available in the shared hallway. CCTV available in the courtyard for security reason. There is no CCTV inside of the buildings. \-Accessibility Short flight of 8 stairs to building entrance and no further stairs once inside.
