The staff were fantastic and the facilities are amazing.

Nice comfortable clean room, great location for town and amazing facilities.

We loved our stay at Rila! It was the best location for the slopes & we loved the huge variety of food we were offered for breakfast and dinner! We loved the surprise of having a live singer in the lounge downstairs after dinner, it was a lovely addition to some of our evenings! Our room was really spacious too & staff were really helpful at reception when we needed anything!

Close to slopes, amazing room great buffet breakfast and shuttle service every 15 min to slopes and back is great addition.

Brilliant hotel. Rooms refurbished to perfections as well as all the facilities including Spa centre and swimming pool. Highly recommended. The location was 10 out of 10.

Helpful staff,

Superb hotel - the sauna, steam room, swimming pool, 2 hot jacuzzis and excellent buffet breakfast and evening meal was just what my family and I needed after great days skiing in Bansko.

Amortized standard room, need slight renovation especially on the blanckets. It looks more like a 4* hoteland definitely not 5*. The breakfast was poor on variety of food and the restaurant is small for the entire hotel. The food quality was so-so.

Apart Dream Hotel is basic but fantastic value for money being clean and brilliantly located for exploring Bansko and skiing just 5 -7 mins from the Gondola. If we were returning to Bankso, would definitely book again!

We had a nice 3-day family trip to Bansko, and the Pirin Golf Club was an ideal stay for my family. I will definitely go again and recommend it.

The hotel was amazing, the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our whole stay. The location was nice and quiet, but the shuttle busses that the hotel offers to Bansko makes it so convenient for a perfect holiday. Easy to get to the ski resort, and relaxing.

We had a warm and friendly welcome to the hotel. Very helpful and cheerful staff. We are a family of four adults and three children. The food was excellent for the adults. Good choice of meats and fresh vegetables. They had pasta with a sauce and pizza but I would suggest they add something like homemade chicken goujons for the children especially during school holidays. The swimming pool, like all others this time of year in Bulgaria, was cold to get into. The best way is to shower...

Best spa in area

A very good stay! Definitely recommend it. Close to the gondola and the shops. Staff is very helpful. Very spacious room. Food is very good for half board option. The hotel falicities are pristine.

All was great and we had an amazing stay the only negativity was the indoor pool water was freezing and only 2 baths working out of 4, if not great and we are going back in February for a week and april for another week

Lovely Hotel, with a great first impression. Morden looking and equipped. The Reception and Restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping team, were great by always maintaining the room clean. The food was nice with great selection. I would recommend and would definitely stay there again
