### Villa with private pool

Lilium Villa is an amazing house with private swimming pool and very close proximity to the beach. Ideal for guests who seek a relaxing and calm accommodation with easy access to popular points of interest like Lindos village and Prasonisi. Perfect for couples and groups up to 4 members.  
Villa Lilium is surrounded by a garden with a swimming pool and a high fence for privacy. There are many different areas with outdoor furniture which offer the opportunity to enjoy every moment of the day.  
The indoor ground floor consists of the living room, bathroom with shower and kitchen with easy access to the garden and swimming pool. The living room can sleep two guests on the sofa bed and a floor mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table, refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, stove, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine, kitchenware and utensils.  
The main bedroom with a king size bed is on the first floor and there's a second bathroom with shower on the same level. The main bedroom has it's own balcony overlooking Gennadi beach. Great place for a glass of wine late in the afternoon.  
All indoor areas have AC units and wifi access is available throughout the property.  
  
Villa Lilium is located in Gennadi area, a well known place for offering relaxing summer holidays. The endless beaches and tranquility set the scene for memorable moments. One of the most popular points of interest on the island of Rhodes, Lindos Village, is only 25 minutes away. Villa Lilium is also a great place for guests who love kite and windsurfing as the best spot for these activities in Europe, Prasonisi, can be reached in 25 minutes.
