Nice and quite place , very clean and proper food available but negative points are : AC is a bit old and cannot have low speed and the owners lack communication skills , they are nice but don’t smile 😅 and the WiFi only works at pool area

Staff in the front desk are not friendly not approachable not able to communicate with us properly. No option with breakfast as same everyday. Poor internet connection. One day no water unable to have a shower. Not really happy with my stay at all.

Nous avions réservé et payé 4 nuits à Rhodes via Hotels.com, réservation confirmée et facture en main. À notre arrivée, l’hôtel nous a annoncé qu’aucune réservation n’existait à notre nom. Pire encore, il a ensuite affirmé auprès de Hotels.com que nous avions “refusé la chambre”, ce qui est totalement faux (nous disposons d’un enregistrement sonore où il reconnaît qu’il n’avait pas de réservation). Hotels.com, malgré nos preuves, refuse de nous rembourser et se retranche derrière la version mensongère de l’hôtel. Résultat : nous avons dû réserver en urgence un autre logement, deux fois plus cher, et de qualité médiocre.

Rommet var ganske fint og dama som vasker leiligheten veldig flink og snill. Andre alle tingene var dårlige. Ikke noe velkommen da jeg kom, frokost hver dag det sammen, kjedelig og fattige og hvis du spøre om noe de ser på deg uvennlig
