Masefa Villa is an incredible property located in the beautiful resort of Ixia. Only the ground floor is for rent. It offers a magnificent private swimming pool and is located a 4-minute driving distance from Ialysos Beach. The modern interior design and all the useful amenities of the house will provide you with a memorable stay. The villa conveniently accommodates 9 guests.   
Masefa Villa offers 2 comfy fully air-conditioned bedrooms, one of them provides 1 double bed and 1 single bed and the other one provides 1 double bed and 2 single beds. In addition there is a comfortable double sofa bed in the living area. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with a shower. Also, there is another bathroom with a shower for your ultimate relaxation and comfort. Guests will find a fully equipped kitchen, suitable for any meal preparation along with comfortable seating areas. In addition, there’s a unique living area in warm colors that will immediately give you peace. Masefa Villa offers a smart TV and free WIFI access throughout the property. Outdoors, you will find the enchanting private swimming pool and its sunbeds. The surrounding is quite peaceful with their incredible view of the sea and the beautiful garden. Guests will find the BBQ facility and the seating area to relax and enjoy a gathering. There’s table tennis and a small outdoor gym area for fun moments with your family or your friends.   
  
Masefa Villa is located in Ixia and is close to shops, pharmacies, restaurants, car rentals and is located only a 4-minute driving distance from Ialysos Beach. There you will face the most romantic sunsets in Rhodes. You should not miss visiting Kallithea Springs, which offers beautiful emerald waters as well as incredible scenery. In a distance of only less than a 15-minute drive, you will find the Old Town of Rhodes, the oldest inhabited medieval city in Europe. Faliraki beach is found in less than 15 minutes, where you can enjoy water sports under the summer sun of Rhodes. The airport of Rhodes is found at a driving distance of only 15 minutes.
