Overlooks Tsampika Beach. Large private pool. 4 bedrooms. LUXURY VILLA WITH LOCATION OVERLOOKING TSAMPIKA BEACH - SPECTACULAR SEA VIEWS - BETWEEN LINDOS AND RHODES TOWN. ECO-FRIENDLY VILLA POWERED BY THE SUN. FIVE STAR REVIEWS FROM EVERY GUEST LAST SEASON. One of a group of 3 exclusive detached villas in a peaceful location easily reached from the main Rhodes-Lindos road. The villa sits on a hillside with spectacular panoramic views including the famous Tsambika beach and monastery and a broad expanse of blue Aegean Sea. It is a well appointed and impressive property, tastefully furnished and styled in modern design and with a swimming pool (heated on request - contact owner for details). The ground floor comprises an open plan living and dining area and a double bedroom with bathroom. The spiral marble staircase leads to the second floor where there is the large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and two twin bedrooms served by a family bathroom. All rooms open onto balconies, decking or patios with sea views. (Note - the villa is designed to sleep 8 but has a maximum occupancy of 9 - with an additional fold out bed and/or cot. Please enquire if you wish to accommodate 9 adults for details). The villa is fully air conditioned. The kitchen is equipped with a full range of modern appliances. There is large screen TV system with Netflix, Bluray/DVD, AppleTV. Unlimited wireless internet are available for guest use. Please note that the £14 per night Administrative Fee corresponds to the 15 Euros Climate Resilience Tax, which we pay to the Greek government, so there is no need for our guests to pay this fee locally. The villa is set on a three quarter acre plot with spacious private gardens featuring olive, citrus fruit and conifer trees and a variety of shrubs and a small established pine wood. There is a large, private swimming pool with spacious tiled sun decks equipped with plenty of sunbeds, chairs and sun umbrellas. There is a BBQ and pagoda. Two large granite tables provide the option of fine dining either in the shade of the pagoda or the decking. There is parking space for up to 3 cars. The location of the villa, midway along the popular east coast, could not be better to fully enjoy the island. The famous Tsambika beach is a short drive down the hill (or walk for the more adventurous); this is widely regarded as the best on the island with a kilometre of golden sand fully equipped with beach facilities and water sports. This is overlooked by the spectacular and historic hilltop Tsambika monastery. There are numerous local tavernas. The Panorama Restaurant, with its spectacular views of Tsambika beach and monastery, is only 10 minutes walk away. Rhodes Town is 25 minutes drive with its famous medieval walled old town and picturesque harbour. The beautiful village of Lindos is 20 minutes drive in the opposite direction. The local town of Archangelos is 5 minutes drive and offers a full range of shops and facilities. The airport is 30 minutes drive. Other picturesque beach resorts within easy reach include Haraki, Stegna and Kolymbia. There is easy access to the beautiful central mountain region with its tiny villages clinging to the hillsides. An 18 hole golf course is 10 minutes away. A car is considered essential to fully enjoy a holiday at the villa. We are proud to offer the villa on a self catering basis for others to enjoy for parts of the year when we are not enjoying it ourselves. It is ideal for couples, families or groups of friends. We have installed our own solar system (we are able to do this as the grounds are very extensive) and this generates sufficient electricity to potentially enable us to be net exporters to the grid, so helping to protect the environment. The location is convenient for accessing places to visit but feels secluded and peaceful. The air conditioning works very well and comfortable spacious rooms meant we all slept very well. There are good local shops and conveniences & the lovely sandy Tsambika beach - all in a short drive, and many excellent restaurants within a 15 min drive. Car rental is essential, but we had a quad bike as well and travelled 494km during our 7-day hire, as well as further journeys in the car, so we feel we experienced a lot of the island. We visited Lindos/Acropolis and Rhodes – twice, and toured virtually the entire island, both on the coastal roads from Rhodes, down to Lindos, Prassonisi and up to Kritinia Castle and Ancient Kameiros, as well as cross country, through/around the mountain ranges, which we loved, including several amazing lunches, plus a sunset visit to Monolithos Castle – which was absolutely spectacular! However, the real highlight is waking up each morning and going outside into such a beautiful environment with the expansive views of the coast & surrounding area and the lovely large pool for refreshment. It is truly a unique, relaxing, and energising place to be. The villa itself is ideal for a family getaway, offering comfort, space, and everything you could possibly need. On top of that, the surrounding beaches are simply stunning. The villa is beautiful and fully equipped, especially the outdoor areas. The pool is among the best we have ever experienced, the garden is spacious and very enjoyable, and the view is truly breathtaking. The care and the availability of the host, Patricia, made the whole stay even better.We spent a week at the villa and greatly appreciated its convenient location—ideal both for exploring the island’s main attractions and for enjoying relaxing days at nearby Tsambika Beach. Patricia also provided us a mini guide to the points of interest on the island, which was very helpful.If we were to return to the island, we would definitely choose this house again. ##### Giuseppe P. This was very helpful in optimising our first visit to Rhodes. We were a party of 5 ranging from 22 to 64 and we all loved it. There was everything we needed, including a generous welcome pack. Patricia provided helpful information, and the whole process from booking to leaving was very smooth. Tsampika beach is wonderful, and local restaurants are friendly with good food. 20-25 mins drives to Lindos and Rhodes town, which are well worth a visit. A great week. Thank you. ##### John H. Great view and the local beaches were excellent. Found the Panorama restaurant a bit pricey but otherwise all the restaurants were great especially those in Lindos. The beach really is wonderful - ample parking in all venues which was a joy ! The information pack provided by the owners is extremely helpful - probably the the most accurate we have ever been given. The whole holiday, location and beaches and villa were superb. One final point - the local goats to the villa were lovely - a really nice touch to a beautiful holiday. ##### peter c. The villa was ideally placed (centrally) on the island, with Tsambika on the doorstep (great for all the water activities). The villa was modern, spacious, and clean, with a great garden and pool area. And the balconies were ideal for catching the beautiful sunrises or relaxing on an evening. Patricia (the owner) kept in touch before, during, and after the holiday to ensure our trip went smoothly, and to offer local advice. And David and Elaine (who look after the villa) were very friendly and helpful (thank you for the tip about Farma!) Thank you so much for a lovely time. ##### Chris W. It is a great location with lots of walks and trails around. The beaches in the vicinity are great and really easy to get to. The kids loved the beaches and playing in and around the pool, which we found to be a really good size to actually swim some lengths! Patricia was a great host, providing loads of really useful information about the villa and Rhodes, and was on hand to assist whenever required. Having an Amazon Fire Stick was also great to keep the kids entertained when required! We had a great time thanks! x ##### Nick L. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, das Haus war sehr gut aufgeteilt mit 3 Bädern, sodass wir mehr als genug Platz hatten. Der Außenbereich ist ein Traum ! Blick auf das Meer und den schönen Strand Tsambika, wunderbare bequeme Gartenmöbel und ein traumhafter sehr großer Pool. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Das Geschirr ist geschmackvoll und absolut ausreichend vorhanden, besonders gut gefiel uns das Vorhandensein von bruchsicherem Geschirr für die Poolarea. Es gibt Außenrolläden, zur Sicherheit und gegen das Aufheizen durch die Sonne. Mein morgendliches Highlight waren die Sonnenaufgänge , die ich vom Bett aus sehen konnte! Die Lage dieser wunderbaren Villa auf Rhodos ist genial, man ist sehr schnell überall, in Rhodos Stadt, Lindos oder auch in den Bergen, an der Westküste oder Prasonisi ganz im Süden. Ganz einzigartig war eine hervorragende Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin der Villa - liebe Patrica, wir möchten uns auch auf diesem Wege noch einmal für die hervorragende Unterkunft und die liebe Betreuung bedanken und dass wir eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser schönen Villa verbringen konnten! ##### Birgit R. Arrived to a welcome pack containing bread, butter, milk , eggs and more which were highly appreciated since our delayed flights meant we missed the shops! We had a wonderful time here A perfect spot in the hills with sea views. The villa was lovely with good air conditioning and blinds for a good nights sleep. The villa was very well equipped and the outside area was just gorgeous, with so many places to sit out, and plenty of shade. The views of the sea are just amazing. Plenty of sun loungers and parasols and the pool was a great size. Patricia was such as good host, and communication was excellent.
