The villa is a two-storey house and can accommodate up to seven guests. It provides unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, access to Netflix, and air conditioning in all areas. Costa Gennadi Villa is located in a central spot on the road that connects Gennadi with Prasonisi Beach, a world-famous destination for surfing and water sports.

The property features three bedrooms, a living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one large bathroom, and one WC. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and two on the upper floor, each with a spacious private balcony. All bedrooms are equipped with bedside tables, large wardrobes, fresh bed linens and towels, as well as air conditioning.

The villa’s outdoor flooring is made of Karystos stone slabs in three different shades, creating a unique color combination with the stone walls. In addition, there are large balconies where guests can enjoy their meals and views on both sides of the villa. Costa Gennadi Villa also provides an outdoor shower, sunbeds, and a large pergola for sun protection.
