Momentum Villas is a private complex comprising 10 exclusive residences set amidst 4 acres of prime real estate in the coveted Ialysos region of Rhodes. Each villa boasts a private garden replete with a private heated swimming pool. The pools temperature can be adjusted with a maximum setting of 30 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 28 degrees Celsius.

Within our complex there are:

9 villas (3 Bedrooms) split over two levels:

On the ground floor of each of our 9 villas, which are 140 square meters each, there is a modern fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, dining room and a spacious modern living room. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom as well as one separate bathroom.


1 Sea View Villa (4 Bedrooms) split over three levels:

On the ground floor of our unique 260 sqm villa, there is a living room with a fireplace along with a kitchen, and a bathroom. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, while one of them contains an en-suite bathroom and a separate WC with bathtub and shower while the top floor comes with a sea view bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a garden.

•Climate fee 1/04-31/10 15€/night and 1/11-31/03 4€/night are payable upon check in. •Minimum Check-in Age: 25 Years old
•Deposit: 300€ by cash (Refundable upon check out) or credit card (refundable after one month) upon check-in is required.

We stayed in Villa 2 for a week at the start of August. It was the best Villa we have stayed in… comfortable, well appointed and spotlessly clean. The outside area and pool were the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. We found lots of places to eat in walking distance to the Villa, and two supermarkets and a fabulous bakery were also close by. Trips into Rhodes Town were a 15 minute taxi ride (Taxi rank opposite the Villa). If you have a hire car, then this is a perfect base for exploring the island. Communication with the host (Georgia) was easy and always very helpful. Overall, highly recommended!
