"Well, what's not to like about the Europäischer Hof? It is simply a

hotel with a Michelin restaurant. Everything about the hotel was super. And, it should be for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was beautiful. We arrived on Christmas Eve and had a fixed course to menu Christmas Eve dinner in their restaurant. It was scrumptious. The service was outstanding, the food was divine, and the setting was perfect. I can't think of one complaint that I would have...

facilities were excellent. We were disappointed that the guest of a 5 star hotel did not have access to the main restaurant Le Cerf (fully booked) and recommended the other restaurant Waldschanke which was was much, much below the 5star quality. The dining experience ruined our stay there. They should flag Le Cerf restaurant booking when accepting room reservations. "
