Staff at reception were terrible especially the male customer service rep they were ill humoured, and rude. it’s rare to experience such badly trained staff. I would not return even if I was paid to. Ruined our holiday experiencing such an impolite and arrogant person. The manager was also absent and too busy to offer assistance. Hugely unprofessional. "

Breakfast options could benefit from more diverse range of fruits and certain items only available on specific days. Dinner menu while great could be more staple given the resort - dont aim for gournemt. Children’s salmon came overdozed in salt (not ok). Congierge while helpful needed prompting on occasions regarding our car (and waited 45min after requested for it when leaving). "

"The location is excellent, just a very short walk to the ski lift, which makes it extremely convenient for families. The room was clean and functional, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The childcare service appears to be excellent, although we did not use it as our children preferred to stay with us. The only downside for us was the limited food selection, which could be improved."

"Lovely chalet, well maintained and ideal for families looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to stay. The chalet is well maintained with modern amenities and the owners are helpful and in contact. One thing to note is that the Hamlet in which the chalet is based is in a fairly remote spot, so a car rental is highly advisable (taxis are very expensive in the area). Enjoy your stay!"
