"Excellent transport links outside with the S-Bahn and HBF literally minutes away. Plenty of diverse food options outside. The area outside can be considered sketchy however, I found it fine. For safety, doors are opened by reception. Can be noisy because of tram but that's expected. Lift is a bit small but not inconvenient. Cruelty free/vegan soap supplied. Helpful reception offered to lend me an EU charger. Great value for money."
