The hut was very cosy and warmed quickly with the log fire. It's worth noting there's no electricity on site, except a solar powered shared kitchen area and a few solar charged auto lights. The log burner gives off plenty of heat but not much light. A torch would be VERY beneficial. You're on site with lots of animals around which is brilliant for kids and like staying on a farm. We were given a warm welcome and a tour of the animals. Everything is thought of from some welcome treats in the van to a little play area in a stable.
