Things to Note:  
• Pet fee must be paid prior to arrival and noted on your reservation  
• Winter Message: 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended in winter (Dec–March) due to snow. Roads are plowed and salted, but conditions can vary.

\- Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture or bedding. Please pick up after your pet to ensure the yard is clean and free of pet waste. Thank you!  
\- No smoking. If any smoking smell or paraphernalia is discovered, the guest will be charged a $300 smoking fine. No exceptions.  
\- Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of your neighbors.
