The hotel staff was excellent! They were friendly, allowed us to store luggage, and answered annoying tourist questions. The one thing I did not like is that the main door to the apartment building slammed. It was LOUD and woke me up. I asked that they fixed it, and they promptly placed a sign on the door asking people to gently close the door, but didn’t fix it during our two day stay. I’m a light sleeper, and was trying to recover from jet lag, so the slamming door was particularly obnoxious. The hotel was clean and met all of our needs.
