We loved the large windows that had great views! The staff were quick to respond to any questions we had. They were also accommodating when we got there early to letting us enter our apartment somewhat early. We had a little difficulty getting in because we were told apartment 2 but they are not labeled apartment 1,2,3 they're labeled thor , freya or penthouse and luxury apartment. There was a very bad smell in the apartment. It smelled like a mixture of garbage and Thai food. At this price, there shold have been a bit more equipment in the kitchen. Among other things, there were not enough glasses for everyone. We thought we booked and paid for a property for 7 people (2 families). 2 queen beds, 4 singles, living room space and a balcony . Instead i got 8 single beds, no balcony and now where to sit and chill. Tv didnt work , we had no details of log in detail's. We could not log in to the wifi either. Also the shower head dripped and all we could hear in the night was drip drip, bloody annoying. Mattresses were uncomfortable and lack of glasses and cups.
