Very clean. Convenient location. Great view of the church from the common room/kitchen. The only two negatives are that there is no staff at the office in the morning to talk to if you wanted to see if you could have an early checkin if the room is ready. The other is that it is slightly noisy. You can hear groups going in and out when they are in the hallway.
