Glamping in Reykjanesbær

Absolute dream of a house! It was perfect

Clean, warm and comfortable. Friendly and helpful host. Perfect location for our final night in Iceland.

The Lighthouse is excellent for a one-night stay-over before or after a Keflavik flight. It is about 14 minutes by car to the airport. It is in a very quiet area at the end of the Gardur peninsula. If the hotel restaurant is fully booked, as it was when we stayed, there is another within walking distance (wild and windy weather notwithstanding) - the Rostin. Unfortunately, it closes at 8 so if you're arriving later be sure to have a hotel restaurant reservation. There is nothing else for...

My wife and I enjoyed a lovely short stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, with great service and attentiveness. The hot pool was fun and we had it all to ourselves while it snowed. Perfect location to do a bit of local sightseeing and relax.

Great stop after a late flight into Keflavik. Taxi journey was only 10 min, and buses to Reykjavik easy next day. Super friendly staff, thank you for the breakfast :)

The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking a large meal for four. There is a supermarket within a 20 minute drive and a few restaurants. The lodge itself was lovely and warm and ideal for a quiet evening trying to see the northern lights. It was perfect for our last two nights in Iceland as it's 30 mins from the Blue Lagoon and 13 minutes to the airport. Will definitely look to stay here on our next trip to Iceland.

The cutest little cottage in such stunning natural landscape! the cottage itself had really modern interiors and stylish Scandi decor. Plus they had Sóley products in the bathroom, which was a nice touch. Check-in is really easy if you follow the instructions. Also, there is a main building, if you want to meet other folks, use the kitchen, have a drink, or make some breakfast in the morning. I didn’t use the hot tubs (“hot pots” in Iceland) but they looked gorgeous. Will definitely book here...

Very close to the airport by taxi, and close to the local high street in Keflavik and Blue Lagoon. Helpful owners and staff and clean and tidy rooms.

We excellent stay overall. Can't really rate staff as saw no staff. Room large and spacious.

great property, easy to check in/ access a key and the owner took the time to inform us of the Northern Lights

I cannot rate this property highly enough. The cottage itself was quite lovely, absolutely spotless and the attention to detail was amazing. Super cosy, well equipped and everything we could possibly need for our stay. It seems like every little thing has been thought of. The beds were super comfy with quality bedding provided. The toiletries were divine as was the superb shower. Great location for exploring a little further afield, but equally a great little place to just relax and chill. The...

Lovely stay (eventually) had a hiccup on the first night when someone had taken our room before we arrived! (Not good when arriving late at 9pm and just wanting to get settled)! The staff when we rang were incredibly apologetic about the mix up (not their fault) and made every effort to rectify as quickly as possible. Can’t fault the customer service. Purposely booked to be out of the way and in our 3 night stay we saw the Northern Lights each night. Perfect location (providing you have a car),...

Very cosy.Lovely view of harbour out of huge window.Bed was so comfortable.Delicious local fish and chips.

It's was perfect for our trip. The location is superb, close to the airport, shops, bars restaurant. Very easy to travel from. A cosy stay with all that we needed. Clean well equipped and comfy. Thank you

The Hotel staff are very welcoming and gave all additional information and advice about trips when asked for.Breakfast was continental and good quality but no hot food.We had a rental car so cannot comment about transport facilities. Overall a very good stay. The gym is an added bonus.

Compact clean room, plenty of parking, breakfast nice touch can’t fault it

Lovely hotel made even better with the beautiful staff. Agnes (the housekeeping manager) went out of her way to resolve some issues we had with pre-booked tour companies. She made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived until we left. I would definitely recommend this hotel, because holidays are all about people and nice people make nice memories, which make you want to go again. Area of the hotel is great about 15 mins in a taxi from the airport, just by the sea and close to the Blue...
