Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Schlechter Reinigungs- und Wartungszustand. Die Unterkunft wirkt modern ist jedoch qualitativ nicht sehr wertig. Balkontür ließ sich nur sehr schwer öffnen und sprang aus der Führung - erhebliches Sicherheitsrisiko besonders für Kinder. Die Waschmaschine bewegte sich beim Schleudern durch das ganze Bad. In der Dusche befand sich Schwarzschimmel und die Klobrille war locker. Klimaanlage war nicht vorhanden und die tägliche Reinigung erledigt ein Saugroboter. Der angeblich kostenlose Parkplatz wurde zum kostenpflichtigen Tiefgaragenstellplatz - Quittung für diesen und die Kurtaxe gab es nicht. Fernseher sehr klein und sehr schlechtes WLan. Auf den ersten Blick sehr chic und modern - auf den zweiten viele Mängel und schmutzig. Alles in allem weit ab von einem angepriesenen Luxus-Appartement.

Moderne zwei Zimmer mit Küche. Gute Ausstattung. Zum Strand nicht weit. Apartment in der 2. Etage mit Aufzug und Tiefgarage.
