"This is a very spacious and comfortable property able to accommodate large groups. The owners are fine with guests and events during the day which I have not found with VRBO hosts very often. Just had large family gathering for my father's memorial and our out of town relatives were able to come over and catch up while looking at a spectacular view of Lake Granbury. They also left several different little treats to make the stay more comfortable like s'mores supplies and popcorn for the movie room. Fantastic location for family gatherings and the hosts could not be more friendly! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home!"

"The “newly renovated” and pictures are deceptive on the condition of this rental. It is clean, but not comfortable. It only has one bathroom upstairs. The floors creak and you can hear everything. The neighborhood is not great either. I wanted to love it, but disappointed."

"We enjoyed our stay. There was some issues with the wifi. Sam was quick to address the issues. But we still did not have wifi most of the stay. Unless you sat at the table. The dishwasher had very bad mold inside. needs a good cleaning or to be replaced. We were instructed ahead of time to leave dishes in the dishwasher but not turn it on. I did not. I washed them and put them away. The extra blankets had something in them that bit my grandson all over his back and legs. The beds were very comfortable. The cabin was very nice. We did not use the fire pit, but there is one in the back yard. Overall we enjoyed our stay. "

"This lake house was the perfect place for my family to stay for our nearby fishing tournament. While we fished, the girls shopped. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. The host, Scott, was very accommodating as we requested to change our dates last minute due to the tournament being rescheduled due to weather. It’s hard to find places that accommodate two trucks and two boat trailers. This location had plenty of parking with the private lot next door. "

"Property was well designed and furnished with sturdy pieces. Bedding was comfortable and kitchen was well appointed. There were two choices of “fire pit” with a regular stone surround for real firewood and also a smaller propane fire pit with extra propane bottles available. Loved the stay! "

"The host was communicative, the house was very clean and the location worked for us. The only issue was there was no door to the master bathroom and the master bed mattress sank completely to the middle."
