Loved our stay here! Our family was very comfort- the room was huge and clean! All the thoughtful old school amenities including robes and slippers provided in room. This location has a very European ski lodge feel. We enjoyed the sauna and rainfall showe too!

Our stay the hotel was amazing. The room was clean and the staff were very accommodating. The food from the lounge and restaurant was amazing. During our stay, Revelstoke was under seige from seed bugs. Although harmless, they were a pest when it came to enjoying our deck off the room. Management at the hotel was very understanding and made sure we were looked after. My wife and I have stayed here a few times before this recent trip and would have zero hesitation planning another stay at The Coast Hillcrest.

I was surprised how much I liked this hotel. The staff was super helpful and we corresponded by email before about a few things and they were so quick to respond and help. The room was nice. The massage I had in the spa there by Agnes was one of the best ones I've had! And I stumbled upon the spa area downstairs and the sauna and steam room were great - clean and nice. The only downside was it wasn't right in town but was so close and quick to drive or catch a shuttle. I wish there was a bike trail from the hotel into town. Nice also that the brewery was right next door for some beverages and dinner. Would stay again.

The staff was exceptionally helpful. Nicole at the front desk was very cheerful and profesional. The breakfast staff were very good despite being overwhelmed by the amount of people showing up at the same time. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay a very pleasant one.

Lovely quiet resort. Wish we could have seen the views of the mountains... wildfire smoke hampered that. Only spent the night but we were only having a stop to test. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Great place, nice design and lovely location. Desk staff were terrific. Room was big and clean with a fabulous view. Outdoor hot tub has an amazing view too! And the pool table was a nice touch for the kids. Didn't get the impression there was walking trail to Revelstoke or near the property for that matter. But the region seemed so beautiful and it would be great to get out nearby.
