"They did not give us new towels the next day and the hair conditioner in the shower was empty"

"We had to wait 10 minutes to check in because 3 teenage girls, two in bikinis, were soliciting in the check in area. Not sure if they were attempting to book a room or just what, but they did not appear to be adults. Upon opening the room, we were overwhelmed with the smell of dog feces and pee. The shower curtain smelled awful too and made the bathroom stink as well. We left the hotel and purchased room deodorizer to tolerate the smell. Clearly the carpet needs shampooing and the shower curtain should be replaced. Staff were all very friendly, and bed was comfortable."

"Breakfast was very basic Second time i have stayed there, both times issues with TV remote "

"There were stains on the bedsheets and our second night there our neighbor was smoking cigarettes and our entire room smelled like a casino. It was absolutely terrible."

"Our stay was great! Our room was very clean, as was the entire hotel. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. It’s close to Canal Park, the mall, and downtown. We will definitely stay there again!"

"When we got to the property, there were people smoking blunts and drinking out of paper bags in the hotel parking lot. The area was not safe at all. Lots of crackheads. When we got into our room, the bathrooms and tables weren’t even wiped off. Not clean. We decided to look past it and go to swim. The pool area was extremely dirty. Mold growing all over the walls, the hot tub was out of service for a year and the pool was barely heated so it was freezing. We didn’t end up staying the night because we had such a bad experience. "

"My kids got chemical burns from the pools chlorine."
