You need to pay to rent the sunbeds, as they are owned by another hotel. Service in the hotel was very good and prompt, they were very helpful throughout our stay. It was my birthday on our check-in and we were upgraded to their best suite with an amazing view - encourages us to stay another night. Zana in guest experiences was absolutely amazing. Gorgeous pools, beach access right from the hotel, and Rethymno itself is a gorgeous city."
