"No breakfast two days in a row as there was no one to work it. Not even coffee. Second floor smelled like marijuana as someone was smoking in their room. "

"This hotel was awful. First of all, you walk into a lobby that has security glass between the front desk and the patrons like you are at liquor store in a dangerous city, which was absolutely bizarre. The guy in front of me had to walk around into the front desk area to put in his pin number to pay for his room. So weird. We were on the second floor and had to walk through to the room, dragging our luggage over multiple short stairways. So most of the hotel isn't handicap accessible, no elevators. It's just kind of a pain to get to your room. And everything looks dingy and dirty. It's not in good shape. Then we get to our room and it smells musty and unpleasant. It was damp in our room The smell and dampness got better after we turned on the AC. But honestly, the AC wasn't very effective. And the room itself was not nice. Everything was banged up. We opened the windows to try to air it out and there was an old nest (maybe wasp?) in the sill. Then after we came back and were ready to go to bed we discovered that there was no hot water. I called the front desk and they didn't seem surprised or worried about making it right. They just said that there would be no hot water that night and that if there still wasn't hot water in the morning we should call them and they would find us a room with hot water as ter to shower in. It was absolutely ridiculous. Don't stay at this place."
