"I didn’t read reviews of the property until I walked into the room. When I reserved the 2 rooms I thought Ramada had a good reputation, obviously not a high tier hotel but I thought it would at least be clean and properly maintained. I was wrong. The first tipoff was that the check in staff were completely behind plexiglass. There were no smiles, welcome etc. my 90 year old mother in her walker was beside me. They put us on the first floor that had stairs to get to, I don't think they cared. We were in a rush so we didn’t pay attention to anything when we got to our rooms so we put our bags in and left. When I came back later that evening I noticed that the bottom shelf of the vanity was broken, there was a tissue in the corner of where the ceiling meets the wall, no idea why it was there but it was gross. The furniture was in disrepair, part of the wallpaper was peeling off the wall, the walls were stained with who knows what, the bathtub paint was lifting, dust, cobwebs, and it smelled like cigarettes and weed. It was the first time I’ve been in a hotel where I wanted to leave but at 9 pm and with a 90 year old to get up and out I wasn’t about to try and drive to find a new hotel."

"No breakfast two days in a row as there was no one to work it. Not even coffee. Second floor smelled like marijuana as someone was smoking in their room. "

"We wanted for nothing. Plenty of everything - towels, dishes mugs , the kitchen is awesome. Propane fire pit by the water when it rained was amazing . The view is spectacular. Don was great. "

"The facilities were dirty and roach infested. My son slept outside in the car and I stayed in the room with the light on until daylight so I could leave to my destination and bathed there. NEVER AGAIN"
