Pedi meu reembolso pelo pagamento a maior pelo quarto com hidromassagem e simplesmente nos ignoraram e não deram nenhuma satisfação ! Não é justo realizarmos o pagamento por uma coisa não utilizada! Muito decepcionados pelo atendimento.
