The apartment is practically furnished and offers all the amenities for a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea. You enter the apartment in the living / dining area with an open kitchen. In addition to the sofa bed with TV / DVD, there is also the small balcony with a small table and seating. From the balcony you have a perfect view of the Baltic Sea and the Salzhaff. With the fully equipped kitchen (stove, dishwasher, small oven) you can design the self-catering as you wish. The charming apartment is completed by the shower room and the bedroom. In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed (1\. 80 x 2\. 00 m, continuous mattress) and a wardrobe with 2 chests of drawers. The apartment is ideal for 2 people or a small family with a child. A cot and high chair complete the equipment on request free of charge. WiFi and a parking space directly at the property are also available free of charge. Super Blick auf das Meer und das Salzhaff. Auch das Entgegenkommen der Vermieter war sehr vorbildlich. Das einzige Manko ist die Parkplatzsituation. Parkplatz konnte, nach Hinweis durch Frau Lemke gut gefunden werden. Wohnung war im großen und ganzen sauber. Unter dem Sofa hätte allerdings noch etwas gründlicher gereinigt werden können. War aber alles o.k. Verbesserungswürdig wären folgende Punkte: Sämtliche Desinfektionsspender waren leer. Es gab leider kein Reservetoilettenpapier, Müllbeutel auch nicht. Die Küchenausstattung mit Kochutensilien war ausreichend. Machte aber einen etwas zusammen gesammelten Eindruck. Die rechte Seite des Doppelbettes gab ziemlich laute Knarrgeräusche von sich. Dusche, Bett, Couch, Küche- alles schön mit Kühlschrank, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Nudelsieb, Kellen, Teller und gutem Besteck. Super Autoparkplatz nur 10m von der Haustür entfernt. Der Sonnenuntergang kann vom Balkon genossen werden, oder man geht 30m zum Strand. Essen gleich 10 m in der Nähe mit Restaurants, Eisläden und Shopping. Fischbrötchen im Umkreis sind alle lecker und Preise gehen für die Lage. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und für 3 Personen völlig ausreichend. Zusammengefasst ist es eine perfekte Wohnung für einen Urlaub in super zentraler Lage mit allem was man braucht in der Nähe. Stayed 2 nights in May 2019 Verified ### 6/10 Okay #### Jens M. 27 Feb 2019 #### sehr gute Lage die Lage der FEWO ist perfekt für Ausflüge, die Ausstattung ist OK für längere Aufenthalte mit schlechtem Wetter ist sie nur bedingt geeignet da ist der Platz schon für zwei zu beengt und das Sofa nicht bequem genug. Eine Woche lässt sich gut aushalten, jedoch scheinen Gerüche aus der darunter liegenden Gastronomie die Wohnung zu erreichen. Die Ursache dafür konnten wir nicht finden.
