The lady who cleaned my room told the manager and she found when it would be returned Much easier to enjoy my time when I knew I would have my things before I left on my cruise. "The owner and his staff made sure we were well taken care of. Firstly, with the parking: as it is within the borders of the old city one cannot park and drive in all places so he ensured we got in with all our bags while he parked the car for us. The receptionist was super helpful in letting us know where the car would be, how to access it in case we needed to, informed us of all the important details like where to drop off the key as well as marked all the information on the map that was good to know. The room itself had comfortable beds and was very clean. The location was perfect as it was just outside the walls of the castle. Very convenient. "

It had a beautiful view from outside the bedroom windows, close distance to everything you could need in Split! If you have a car, the parking offered off-site is quite a ways away from the hotel, but that was told to use in advance. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hotel Kastel!! "
