Perfect for corporate housing due to its proximity to USA Pkwy. Spacious for families, situated next to a beautiful park and has great views. It does not have rear neighbors, offers an enjoyable view of the park and it has a perfect amount of separation & accessibility. The park has tennis, volleyball & basketball courts, 4 playgrounds & horseshoe pits. Every room has king beds, TV includes Netflix, Amazon Prime & Samsung TV plus. Kitchen is well stocked. Home is 9 miles away from the airport.

Great spot

We stayed for the Thanksgiving weekend to visit my sister who lives nearby. House was as advertised with the basic amenities. Backing up to the park and green space was great for my young kids. Thank you!

Great House for our stay in Sparks!!

A couple of friends and I stayed in this home for a fishing trip to Pyramid Lake. The home met our needs very well. It was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was excellent. We will most definitely rent this home again in the future when we come down to stay. Scott Pence - Sunriver Oregon

Quiet Neighborhood

Stay was great. Clean Linens and Towels. King size beds in every room was nice. We would definitely stay here again.
