"Stayed for a volleyball tournament. Considering how busy it was, the hotel handled everything well. Would stay again."

"This is the second time I have stayed at this facility. Impressed with the expensive fixtures, carpet, and construction evident in the room. The staff was very helpful and friendly at check in. Plenty of safe parking witch is appreciated if you drive a vehicle you are concerned about and unlike some Tahoe "resorts" it is free."

"Definitely not worth the $$. They want to charge resort fees and the staff is far from resort quality. As far as the room goes, it probably hadn't been dusted in several years and the tub drained super slow. When it was time for check out the bell hop came for our luggage one of us rode down with him and the other went for the car. He took our luggage to a room and not straight to the car. Not sure the reason why when I was waiting."

"why a resort fee? I called the first night saying I need a new fridge since it wasn't getting cold. He said he'd bring it over in 30 mins. No one ever showed. Our toilet was having issues. Very outdated hotel and area just seemed like homeless and ghetto? I stayed at Grand Sierra and sadly we dont have a choice since its "stay to play" for kids tournament"
