Cozy cabin feel in midtown Reno

A cozy cabin feeling in Midtown Reno. Well stocked kitchen. Green fenced yard and ample driveway parking. Close to everything. 5 min from airport. 2 min from VA Hospital and midtown shops. 5 min from Renown Hospital and Walmart. 7 min from UNR, downtown, Winco, Sprouts, Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods.

The living room sets the cabin tone with glazed knotty pine walls and ceiling and a brick fireplace with a realistic fireplace insert. Newly remodeled with crisp white trim and baseboards.

Couch is a hide a bed with a full sized mattress.

We have a swamp (evaporative) cooler and 2 bedroom air conditioners in the summer.
The backyard is covered in green grass, the front yard is being planted in perennials. It is semi shaded with a large tree in front.
Yard is fenced.

We own another vacation rental next door in case you have need for a second space for traveling friends/family. Look it up as “Stay at home Reno”

You have access to the entire house and front yard, most of the backyard including covered patio with rattan couches. You also have access to driveway, parking for 4 cars (2 deep and 2 wide).
I now have a rental car available for you to rent so you can avoid the long wait at the car rental counter. Reasonable rates. 7 passenger Dodge Grand Caravan. Message me for details and availability.

Cozy stay in Reno

We had the best experience!!!! This house was even better in person!!! The photos do not do it justice. It was such a great vibe the moment we walked inside. It was so well played out that it felt so much bigger the the actual size. The decor and furniture were so inviting and cozy. We loved the backyard and the family room, they were so much fun to just sit around and talk.we all slept so wonderfully. It felt like a home away from home. I can’t wait to book this house again!! Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful retreat!

Charming property, self contained cabin, beautifully maintained yard and lawn with a great space in the backyard to socialize. Easy, central Reno location. The WiFi was a little spotty, but overall I absolutely loved my stay!

Great spot in Reno

My husband and I stayed for a week for a mini honeymoon and we loved it. The neighborhood was adorable, the house was accommodating and so close to everything. The hosts were kind and stayed to themselves. We have zero complaints, and plan on returning!

A convenient hideaway in west-central Reno

Small but workable for up to three adults or two adults and two children. Neighborhood is quiet, single-family homes close to airport and trendy shopping and dining areas along Wells and Virginia. Decor was on the cabiny, cluttered side, with unnecessary Christian symbolism. Kitchen very functional. Bathroom could use an upgrade.

Great location right off main highway so really easy to get to. Close to all the things we were doing in the area, Riverwalk, Automobile Museum, Virginia City and Lake Tahoe!

So cozy and charming

The place had everything we needed and was so cozy, so charming, so homey. She even had quite a bit of food stocked in the pantry and fridge which was so helpful and an extra that really made the place feel like home. The host was right next door and was so sweet when meeting her. She kept her distance while we stayed there to which was great for feeling like we had the privacy we wanted. Would definitely stay here again :)

Loved everything about this cabin home in the city

Loved this cozy yet amazingly spacious home. Large cabin feel right conveniently located to everything. Spotlessly clean and charming decor, beautiful yard quiet and private. Katherine our host was a gem doing everything to make it perfect. Reasonable price, worth every penny! .

Short but sweet

Just needed a night to stay for a concert. The owner was super sweet communicated well with me. Very nice home. They've done alot with the space to help it accommodate it's guest's. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is exactly what was needed for my family. It allowed us to relax after long days at the Convention Center. The neighborhood was very quiet which helped my daughter get good sleep before competing in her tournament.

Reno visit

Was a wonderful time. My friend and I have physical shortcomings. A handrail in front and rear stairs would be great but would still book property again. Everything was done with care in place. Highly recommend

Cozy Cottage

Great little place! The wifi is pretty spotty so if you need to work all day or anything similar you may need to bring/turn on a mobile data device. The only other thing I thought might be worth mentioning is the small coffee pot doesn't work that well, but the french press provided at the home got the job done 👍 😀. Other than this the location was excellent and we'd stay again if we're ever in the area again! Thanks Katherine 😊.
