Your associates were very helpful. The rooms were clean. We were traveling to El Dorado CA. from Salt Lake, it was a big drive and the Best Western was a convenient place to stay for the night.

The rooms were clean and property had fun stuff for kids and convenient for food. However, it was smoky in the main lobby gaming areas and the room was noisy from outdoor traffic. We had a great stay but was disappointed we couldn't use the pool more as it was just too cold to swim.

The staff were friendly. The rooms are nice , clean and modern. Unfortunately there was too much road noise in the room we stayed in. It was close to the highway. There was also constant banging noise all night long. Not sure if it was from one of the other rooms or coming from somewhere else. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and never had these problems but I always stayed in a different part of the hotel. They have several restaurants and entertainment. Safe location!

The room was very clean but the lighting was very low. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. The casino was very clean, great band playing, slots were a little tight but in general it was a very nice stay. Mel's was amazing and we had excellent servers both times we went in.

Hotel was ok I probably won’t stay here again being that it’s so far from all stores and restaurants. I stayed here only for a few days for basketball tournaments. Room was clean and staff was friendly. If you need your room serviced you have to wait until after 9am.

No hot tub. Remote on tv didn’t work. 1 person working at Peet’s coffee shop…waited 25 minutes. Unfriendly staff in the game room. Price wasn’t bad and the room was quiet so that was good. Overall it was ok. The Best Western plus in Truckee on Brockway was excellent and the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We stayed there on the way to Idaho and the Boomtown Best Western on the way back. No comparison. I’ll be staying in Truckee for now on.

Prefer to not be on the I-80 fwy side! Didn’t get good sleep at all. Vending machine was somewhat empty in the 3rd floor by elevator. The Deli was great for food. Service was very good! Hopefully this will still be my go to spot on my travels.

Clean rooms, they looked updated, Staff were all super nice and very friendly and helpful. Casino was great, lots of new games, all tables opened just a little smokey.

Nice staff, clean rooms, well maintained facility, but long way to rooms from parking and too much smoke from the casino. It’s a great place for a dedicated gambler.

I had to ask for the coffee to be restocked and the trash emptied. Getting to our room was a choir. Had to walk through a smoke filled casino with luggage, ice chest, and other travel items. Only one elevator, our room was at the opposite end from the elevator. Parking was not convenient. We ate at the restaurant on site and it was a nice breakfast.

Hotel room was clean and rooms seem like they have been updated. The gaming at boomtown is great, a good variety of games. I wish there were more food choices. Mel's was not up to par.

the gal that helped us checking in was same gal that checked us out. she seemed like she didn't care about much. the room with a view included cinder blocks a ladder, traffic cones and bicycle. the room was clean.
