PARKING Our entire garage space is available for guests. We have a two-car covered garage space and driveway parking for two cars. Additional parking is located on the streets next to the home. BATHROOMS: We have 3.5 baths located closest to all bedrooms making it convenient for larger group stays and we provide plenty of towels, soap, and shampoo for our guests. PATIO: Patio seating is available, and we provide our guests with a Traeger Grill. We have a private dock, so if you're bringing a paddle boat, kayak, and canoe with you, be sure to string up your water toys down on the private dock. ESSENTIALS PROVIDED: Our kitchen is equipped with a toaster, blender, coffee maker, Keurig, kettle, pots/pans, silverware & knives, plates, coffee cups, glasses, grilling utensils, and wine glasses. We provide linens, blankets, comforters, towels, hand towels, washcloths, dishcloths, soaps, and shampoo. We also provide a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry/dish detergent. A Target is nearby if you need additional items for your stay. Before booking with us, please acknowledge that you have read & agreed to the house rules: NO SMOKING \- No smoking allowed inside the home. Smoking is allowed outside but please pick up your cigarette butts. Any smoking detected inside the home will result in a $500 fine. NO PARTIES \- No parties allowed and will be subject to immediate rental termination. There is now a zero-tolerance policy for visitors holding parties within the community. Guests will be escorted off the premises by law enforcement and will forfeit their deposit money if this occurs. PETS Up to two dogs are allowed. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and lounge in even when it snowed and rained. Location is close to restaurants and freeways so getting around was easy. The hosts were great communicators. The home is very comfortable, clean and located conveniently next to a shopping center and the marina. We were able to take a morning walk around the marina each morning and have a coffee at a little shop nearby. There is also a Sprouts and Costco a few miles away. The house has a good internet connection if you are working, a new washer and dryer, big screen TV and super comfy sectional couch. The hosts were very helpful. We would stay again! ##### Julia H. We enjoyed the proximity to the marina and the Scheels shopping mall. We did have an issue with the AC going out but the homeowner was super responsive and had someone there super quickly to take care of the issue, and it worked great after that. There are a LOT of stairs, so if mobility is an issue with anyone that might be a problem, but other than that, great house! ##### Amy I. The house exceeded our expectations, with the comfort of space, cleanliness, beautuful ambiance, and finely detailed ammenities. The panoramic views to the lake was a perfect setting to enjoy, whether if youre inside the house or bbqing out in thw patio. Its a must stay location again when we visit Reno or surrounding Lake Tahoe area. We were in Reno for a week long baseball tournament and had multiple families staying at various homes. This was by far the easiest to work with!! Communication was great, home was stocked with essentials and everyone was very comfortable. Definitely would recommend! Only issue is it’s not truly a 5 bedroom because one room is separated by a curtain not a door, but number of beds was unbelievable and fit everyone great! ##### Sherri M.
