A 2 minute walk to the Nugget outdoor amphitheater, Great Basin Brewery, and everything that Victorian Square has to offer! Easy access to concerts, local events, I-80, and public transportation. A perfect place to call home while working at USA Parkway. Bring your friends and family and enjoy the large open floor plan and backyard with yard games! Cozy up in the living room before retreating to your private master suite. Your vacation home is perfect for entertaining and sleeps 8\. Downstairs you’ll find the kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, a full bathroom, 2 bedrooms (1 king bed and 1 queen bed), and a king sleeper sofa. Upstairs is a reading nook and your private master suite with king bed and full bathroom. You have full access to the house and backyard. Feel free to message us with any questions or concerns. Walking distance to Tesla and Panasonic employee shuttle. Driveway parking for one car and ample free street parking. Breaking any of our house rules, including occupancy limits and quiet hours, may result in the immediate, non-refundable cancellation of your reservation. No Illegal Activity, Weapons, or Illicit Drugs. These are strictly prohibited on the property. Parking: No parking anywhere other than the driveway. Parking on the gravel or walkway in front of the porch next to the driveway is strictly prohibited. Tampering with or covering exterior security cameras is strictly prohibited. No Smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or anywhere on the property. This includes the improper disposal of cigarette butts. A $250 fine will be charged for any smoking violation, plus professional cleaning and repair costs. No Grills. Bringing a grill onto the property or grilling anywhere on the premises is strictly prohibited. A $250 fine will be charged for any grill violation, in addition to professional cleaning and repair costs. No Open Flames. Candles, fireworks, or other sources of open flames are strictly prohibited on the property. A $250 fine will be charged for any open flame violation. No Pets. If an unauthorized animal is brought onto the property, a $250 fine will be charged.
