Conveniently located for an easy access to all the historical sites, the hotel provided comfort and safety. Ample breakfast with vegan options and well labeled choices was served in a bright and welcoming environment. Coffee machine with hot water option was set up in the lobby, along the microwave. Interesting in-room bathroom pod needed an extra deep cleaning, but everyday room service was very good.

Very quiet, clean and comfortable beds with excellent bedding. Breakfast poor value and clearly understaffed, things ran out and buffet was not well maintained- not the fault of the one person trying to look after it.

Convenient hotel right by the station
Very convenient hotel, right next to the train station. Nothing special really - small but nice room, clean except for an old bottle laying on the floor, and small bathroom. Worked perfectly for us.

Really close to the train and bus station, but not loud. Clean and modern. Generally good place to stay for a short trip. Our only bad experience was, that we had a "do not distrub" sign on the door, but when we come back the cleaning staff was inside during the day. And someone was a little overzealous and throw away some stuff which we didn't wanted to. (all of our garbage was in the gabage bin, so it shouldn't some hard misunderstanding situation i think)

Every thing is great apart from the price of parking . Ibis should have a deal with the car park owner for guest parking at a lower rate

Excellent location next to the train station. Our room had 4 beds and very spacious for all of us. The bed itself was not too comfortable for my husband and myself. Too firm. Excellent breakfast with good choices and good price.

Nice basic new hotel in a building site.
Nice hotel within walking distance to the city centre but the surrounding area is a building site and if your on a low floor prepare to be woken by the train stations tannoy system that goes off every few minutes. I’m a heavy sleeper but it woke me a few times in the morning.

Great family room
Great size family room, breakfast good value. Location good: 20minute walk to city Centre but hotel right next to metro so not a problem. Only thing we didn’t like was the building works surrounding the hotel, but a necessary evil, and the bathroom which was like a pod dropped into the corner of the bedroom. Otherwise great location for a family holiday in Rennes.

Good hotel
A one night stay before a flight out of Rennes. I have stayed at this hotel before and it is in good condition, staff are friendly and the hotel is clean. Being right next door to the train station is a convenient location, though with the current building works going on there getting close to the hotel was not so easy (quite a number of roads are closed) - but even though my room was on the train station side of the building I did not hear any noise. The room is simple, but equiped as you would expect, not too spacious. I didn't have breakfast during my stay. The hotel does give a discount on the parking by the train station.

Good value option
A good budget option. Stayed for a night to break a long journey, near train station and a lot of building work ongoing there currently, but caused no disturbance to us. Short walk into city bars and restaurants. Reception staff very friendly and helpful, room basic/no frills, but clean and comfortable. Would stay again, great value.

Simple hotel close to the train station
The hotel rooms are simple and functional - not so spacious, but I didn't find this an issue. The hotel is beside the train station and well located for places to eat and drink (though mostly located on the other side of the train station from what I could see during my stay). Wifi in the rooms was good. There was (as to be expected) some noise from the train station, but this was not very disruptive to me (my room was on the station side, I expect rooms on the other side of the building would be less affected by this). Staff were friendly and helpful during my stay. I didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on the food on offer.

Nice hotel short walk away from the old town
Nice hotel with high standard rooms for a 3* property. Great value for money, large comfortable beds and friendly and helpful stuff since the moment we arrived. Clean and extremely welcoming and enjoyable altogether. Located few minutes walk from the city centre, right by the train station therefore great in location as there is no need for taking any public transportation to go anywhere. The area is quiet, even though is adjacent to the train station, so it is great for a good rest.

Pleasant one night stay
We stayed for one night, four of us including two children in a family room. The hotel is easily found next to the railway station and it us a good location for those reaching Rennes after a long trip like us. The location around the station is not great, but from there one can take the metro and reach the historical part of the city in 10min. Hotel was great, awesome beds, friendly staff, and a great breakfast to start the next day.
