The front desk staff were not sound friendly when asking direction. Spa & sauna was not in the same building, it was location at another hotel behind Liching. The place has no elevator and our room was at L4\. When asked for help to bring luggage down, front desk request to leave it at the door and help will be deploy when they were free, but our transportation is waiting downstairs.
