You need to bring along all your belongings including your luggage to upstairs and no one in the hotel will help you. The breakfast is poor as everything is cold and there are lots of flies in the restaurant which was very annoying. U also need to tidy up your stuff after finishing your meal. The point is that they are asking for a 4-star hotel price with only 1 star or lower service.
