Location and surroundings: The transport connection is optimal, bus & train are within walking distance in a few minutes and by car you are in 3-5 minutes in the city center or on the motorway (A1). It takes about 20 minutes to the A46. Very good connection to the cities of Wuppertal / Solingen. Travel times to Cologne and Düsseldorf airports are around 45 minutes. The travel times to the inner cities of the Ruhr metropolises as well as from Cologne and Düsseldorf are between 30-45 minutes. The proximity to large companies, the company's headquarters, is particularly noteworthy for business travelers.
