We are a spacious 3-bedroom home overlooking the Voe.

Inside, you’ll find:

☞ A spacious lounge and dining area with large windows, comfortable seating, and a wood-burning stove — the perfect setting for fireside evenings, reading, or watching storms roll over the water.

☞ A bright family kitchen with plenty of space to cook, dine, and plan your day. Includes washer/dryer and all cooking essentials.

☞ Two double bedrooms and one single, all on the ground floor for easy access. A sofa bed in the lounge offers flexibility for additional guests (on request).

☞ A clean, modern bathroom with shower and plenty of space for families or groups.

☞ A private outdoor area with open views across the Voe — ideal for morning coffee or a breath of fresh island air.

While the setting feels remote, you`re only a short drive away from historical landmarks, beaches, and cultural gems that showcase the rich history and beauty of Shetland.

☞ Please treat our space with respect. If any problems arise please let us know straight away and we will do our very best to resolve them for you as soon as possible.
☞ No smoking or candles
☞ Strictly no parties or events
☞ There is a `Ring` doorbell at the property which contains built-in video recording. Please note this is in place to maintain property security.
☞ Dogs or pets – charges apply of £10 per pet per night. Charged separately to booking. No dogs allowed on furniture or beds.
☞ Please be mindful of our neighbours and other guests. No noise after 10pm.
☞ You will be provided with access to your very own Guest Guide containing lots of useful information about the property and the local area.
☞ Please note that guests will be required to sign a guest contract prior to being allowed access to the property. This contract has terms relating to your booking and information regarding the general care of the property during your stay.
