Endroit calme mais proprete très light

Endroit calme et nous avons très bien dormi. Concernant la propreté des lieux c’est à revoir car malgré la vétusté des lieux le nettoyage est fait à la va vite surtout la salle de bain. Je n ai pas pris de photos mais il faut vraiment prendre en compte. Nous avons bien déjeuné mais encore une fois l état du micro ondes était cata et cela ne datait pas d aujourd’hui. Réceptionniste agréable .

Comment qualifier cet hôtel? Sale, miteux, d'un autre siecle. La tele est en panne et il faut ramer pour avoir du wifi. Les photos des chambres ont dues être téléchargées sur internet mais ne reflètent en en aucun cas la vérité. J'ai décidé de quitter la chambre. Les propriétaires sont malhonnêtes et ont débité ma carte bancaire. En un mot, fuyez!

Hôtel pratique vers le centre ville

L'hôtel est bien placé à quelques centaines de mètres du centre-ville avec de nombreux commerce. Bon accueil. Chambre et salle de bain propres et en bon état. Literie correcte. Petit déjeuner avec l'essentiel pour bien démarrer la journée. Possibilité de stationner des vélos dans un endroit fermé. La gare est à quelques centaines de mètres. Plusieurs activités sont possible (plan d'eau à la sortie de la ville, voie verte pour de belles balades à vélos).

Les horaires d'ouverture de la réception ne sont pas très pratiques, le départ avant 10h est un peu tôt et ce jour là, il n'y avait absolument personne à la réception. Nous sommes partis en laissant la clé de la chambre sur le tableau. Le parking est trop petit, nous avons dû nous garer dans la rue.

Problème de chaudière 😉

C'est une des rare fois où il y a eu une panne de chaudière, donc pas de chauffage ni eau chaude. Sinon nous toujours heureux de faire notre pause dans cet hôtel fort agréable

La terrible désillusion ☹️☹️

Le plus terribles de mes expériences,je me suis présenté à 17h à l'hôtel,et personne,il y avait d'autres personnes avec moi qui ont appelé les différents numéros sur la porte,la personne est arrivé 20mn plus tard,et sur les 4 réservation seul un couple a eu sa chambre !! Moi réservé depuis Mars et pas de chambre pour moi et pas de solution avec cet hôtel, j'ai fait plus de 400kms et pas de chambre ☹️ j'ai couché dans un fauteuil ☹️☹️☹️☹️

La réceptionniste était en retard Elle n’a pas trouvé notre réservation. L’hôtel était complet. Sans possibilités de remplacement. Nous sommes repartis chez nous, puisque n’avons pas trouvé d’hôtel disponible (week-end férié). J’ai utilisé ma nuit gratuite j’aimerais qu’elle me soit recredité. Week-end fichu hôtel à bannir absolument de votre.

Pfff...

Arrivée à 23h00, possibilité de pénétrer dans l'hôtel grace au code communiqué mais pas d'accès à la clé de la chambre et personne pour accueillir ou répondre au téléphone.... Contraint de prendre une enveloppe (contenant une clé) destinée à un autre client qui heureusement n'est jamais venu.

Heure d'arrivée indiquée à la réservation : entre 17h et 19h. J'arrive à 17h45, personne à l'hôtel. C'est un autre client exaspéré qui m'a ouvert parce qu'ils lui ont transmis le code de la porte par téléphone, l'alarme de l'hotel s'est enclenché... Je n'ai rencontré aucun employé de l'hotel le jour de mon arrivée. Le lendemain matin non plus, j'ai dû trouver seule où le petit déjeuner était servi. Pas d'employé en vue non plus. Au moment de prendre un bain : eau tiède malgre le robinet à fond sur l'eau chaude, donc tant pis pour le bain... La chambre donne sur la rue et n'est pas isolée : on entend la circulation, les bruits de portières et même la voix des pietons qui passent sur le trottoir. La moindre moto qui passe vous reveille. Le parking est ridicule (5 places pas pratiques et en pente). Au moment de partir, un penis était dessiné sur le coffre de ma berline gelé... Très déçue par cette prestation... à fuir...

Réception fermée bien qu’arrivée sur une plage horaire où celle ci devait être ouverte. Chambre défraîchie, tablette descellée, peinture écaillée, salle de bain à la propreté douteuse, taie d’oreiller tachée, pans de rideaux manquants… Plus jamais!
