Take action! Security deposit: $50 deposit was charged in cash not from my credit card referring policy. What if I didn’t have cash? They placed an ATM machine so guests could withdraw money for a $10 fee earning to the motel - smart way to earn more money. Or maybe save the bank cost or not being highly knowledgeable to charged and release security deposit online. Never experienced before! Staff: Had to wait and call the staff from their room because they were not at their desk at the time of check in. A small window to interact with them like a cage. Disappointing reception for such a price. Room: Had cockroaches crawling in the room and bathroom with flush problems. Internet: With a huge banner on WiFi outside the motel, the internet was pathetic. I had to connect to my laptop for an important work but it didn’t allow despite I tried all the settings. It also didn’t work on their LED that was of no use without the internet. Please take action and remove such motels out of the list, or I will use other platforms for hotel reservations. Again, motel charged me more than the price plus tax mentioned on Expedia!!!
