Hier finden Sie trotz einer sehr zentralen Lage alles, um sich zu erholen und zu entspannen. Frühstücken Sie in der bayerischen Essecke in der großzügigen Küche mit Spülmaschine, genießen Sie bei schönem Wetter den Garten mit Liegestühlen oder lassen Sie den Tag im Wohnzimmer mit Kachelofen und Flachbildfernseher ausklingen. Wir sind sicher: Sie werden sich in der Wohnung wohlfühlen! Ein Abstellraum sowie eine Waschmaschine im Keller steht Ihnen zur Verfügung. Für Ihren Pkw steht ein Stellplatz bereit. Der Ortskern mit allen Einrichtungen liegt ca 4 Gehminuten entfernt. Sie hat eine gute Lage, ist geräumig, sauber und sowohl die Küche als auch die Sanitärbereiche sind modern. Jedoch ist die Schlafcouch veraltet, zu klein und mehr als unbequem und war somit nicht benutzbar und ein Familienmitglied musste auf die Couch ausweichen. Ebenso waren die Matratzen des Doppelbetts abgelegen und boten somit auch wenig Komfort beim Schlafen. Was wir klar negativ bemerken möchten, ist die Handhabung mit der Waschmachine. Erstens geht aus der Beschreibung nicht hervor, dass diese Geld kostet und dann gibt es keine Beschreibung, wie diese zu Nutzen ist und somit gibt man auf gut Glück Geld hinein. Da wäre eine Beschreibung hilfreich gewesen. ##### Simone M. ### 4/10 Poor #### Jörg L. 23 Sept 2018 #### Ferienwohnung Moritz erfüllt die Erwartungen nicht Wir waren schon öfter in Reit im Winkl. Diese Unterkunft war die teuerste mit dem schlechtesten Result. Erschwerend kommt hinzu, daß mit regem Straßenverkehr zu rechnen ist. Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen und riecht. Die Sauberkeit entspricht nicht dem Standard. Eine 1/2 Rolle Toilettenpapier, 2 Taps für die Spülmaschine, mehr war nicht da. 1 Satz Handtücher, Rest war gegen Aufpreis erhältlich.
