Vom ruhigen, sonnigen Ortsteil Birnbach erreichen sie den Ortskern Reit im Winkl in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Mehrere Gaststätten sind im Umkreis von 10 – 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden sich im Winter eine Rodelbahn mit Einkehrmöglichkeit zur Hutzenalm, der Golfplatz Reit im Winkl / Kössen, Langlaufloipen, Wandermöglichkeiten, Reitstall etc. Weitere Ausflugsziele sind z.B. der Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden, Salzburg, München Kinder und Familien Urlaub mit Strassenfesten, Ponyreiten, Kutschfahrten, geführte Familienwanderungen und vieles mehr erwartet sie. Sämtliche Wäsche wird gestellt. Parkplatz am Haus. Frühstücksbrötchenservice Schwimmcard Sommer und Winter inkl. / Hallen- und Freibad inkl. Ihr Vorteil als unser Gast: Wir sind Partner-Vermieter/Betrieb der Reit im Winkl Schwimm-Card. Sie haben dadurch die Möglichkeit, zusätzlich zu unseren eigenen Leistungen weitere kostenlose Leistungen zu erhalten, wie z.B. freien Eintritt im Frei- und Hallenbad, im Kössener Wald-Freibad sowie am Walchsee.
Unsere komfortable und großzügige Ferienwohnung ‚Traumblick (ca. 50m²) für 2-4 Personen mit Südbalkon ist der Logenplatz in unserem Haus. Die Ferienwohnung ist ausgestattet mit 1 Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Doppelbettcouch, Essecke, sep. komplette Küche, Dusche/WC mit Fenster. Zusätzliches Schlafzimmer auf Anfrage.
Sie ist ideal für 2 - 4 Personen, mit 1 separaten Schlafzimmer und erstreckt sich über 50m².
