Im Haus befinden sich 5 gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnungen mit guter Ausstattung und herrlichem Blick auf die wunderschöne Bergwelt um Reit im Winkl. Sie erreichen das Hallenbad und das Freibad in wenigen Minuten. Ihr Vorteil als unser Gast: Wir sind Partner-Vermieter/Betrieb der Reit im Winkl Schwimm-Card. Sie haben dadurch die Möglichkeit, zusätzlich zu unseren eigenen Leistungen weitere kostenlose Leistungen zu erhalten, wie z.B. freien Eintritt im Frei- und Hallenbad, im Kössener Wald-Freibad sowie am Walchsee. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Meter entfernt, von dort aus können sie in den Shuttlebus zur Winklmoos-Alm - Steinplatte oder zu anderern beliebten Ausflugszielen einsteigen. Im Winter finden Sie die Loipen - und Wanderwege dirkt gegenüber vom Haus und Sie können auch viele Wanderungen direkt von Ihrer Unterkunft aus beginnen. Für Ihrer nassen Skier und Bekleidung steht Ihnen unser Trockenraum natürlich zur Verfügung. Auf Ihrern Besuch im Gästehaus Else freut sich Familie Lehrberger. Die neu gestaltete 2-Raumwohnung mit ca. 60 m² Wohnfläche und großem Südbalkon teil sich auf, in ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Essecke und einer separaten Polstercouch (ersatzweise als Doppelschlafgelegenheit benutzbar), einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Alles was man für die Woche braucht, ist vorhanden ( außer Backofen ). Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, es gibt auch einen Brötchenservice! Leider liegt die Wohnung direkt an der B305, welche tagsüber sehr befahren ist. Wenn man den Tag über unterwegs ist, ist diese Wohnung eine wunderbare Basis für Wanderungen. Zu der Wohnung gehört auch die "Reit im Winkl- Karte", welche den kostenlosen Eintritt in das Schwimmbad enthält, sowie die kostenlose Nutzung der Bergstraße zur Winkelmoosalm.
