Ein Höhenluftkurort der von jeher „Sommerfrischler“, Naturliebhaber und wintersportbegeisterte Menschen durch seine besondere Lage und Ursprünglichkeit verzaubern konnte. Wir laden Sie ein ihren Urlaub im schönsten „Winkl“ von Oberbayern zu verbringen und den Zauber unseres Dorfes selbst zu erleben. Unsere beiden „urtümlich“ und „bayrisch“ gemütlich eingerichteten Nichtraucher-Studio-Appartements mit großem Privatbalkon bieten Ihnen ein heimeliges Zuhause und die exklusive Privatsphäre eines Einfamilienhauses. Nehmen Sie sich Zeit und spüren Sie wieder die Jahreszeiten mit all ihren Besonderheiten. Ob Sie uns im Frühling, Sommer, Herbst oder Winter besuchen. Die Natur wird Sie immer wieder von neuem ins Staunen versetzen. Jede Jahreszeit hat bei uns ihre ganz eigenen Reize. Reit im Winkl kann allen etwas bieten. Genießen Sie also ihre wertvollste Zeit in unserem Hause, tanken Sie wohltuende Energien (Sol Alpium) im Herzen der Natur (in corde natura) und erleben Sie unsere „oberbayrische“ Herzlichkeit des Dorfes und der gesamten Region, die Ihren Urlaub zu einer ganz besonderen Zeit werden lassen. Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf Ihren Besuch. Ihre Familie Gutensohn   
 Genießen Sie bei uns den besten Komfort in unserer ca. 49 m² großen 1-Raum-Wohnung mit großem Balkon. Die Wohnung eignet sich ideal für 1 – max 3 Personen. Ein sehr gemütliches Raumgefühl ist trotz- oder gerade durch die Dachschrägen erst gegeben. Der kombinierte Wohn-/ Schlafbereich verkörpert im Besonderen unser Raumkonzept des freien und offenen Wohnens. Der überdachte Privatbalkon erstreckt sich über die gesamte Länge des Kaiserstüberl und hat an beiden Seiten jeweils eine geschützte Nische zum Verweilen. Der Balkon verfügt ebenso über eine Außenbeleuchtung und Außensteckdose, sowie eine Wäschestange zum Lüften und Trocknen von Bekleidung. Es lässt sich dort herrlich entspannen oder einfach den Ausblick bei einer Tasse Kaffee oder Tee genießen. Wir sind uns sicher, dass Sie sich in unserem Kaiserstüberl sehr gut erholen werden. Viel Ruhe und das besonders gute Bergklima sorgen für erholsame Nächte. Wir wünschen Ihnen nur die allerschönsten Träume!
