Alpenhaus Julia is located in the heart of Reit im Winkl, Bavaria’s most beautiful health resort. Come stay with us and enjoy the warm, cosy atmosphere of our home!
Our 7 holiday apartments are situated in a quiet yet central location in the village centre of Reit im Winkl. Here, you can spend your well-deserved holiday among friends in the Chiemgau region, in a family-friendly atmosphere with a breathtaking view of the Austrian Kaiser Mountains. Our house is an ideal starting point for beautiful hikes, day trips, outdoor activities, alpine sports, and cross-country skiing. Thanks to the variety of apartment sizes, singles, families, and groups alike will feel right at home here. The 17 beds in total can be arranged as you wish.

This gives you the opportunity to enjoy additional free benefits in addition to our own services, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl outdoor pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool, as well as the eastern shore and the lakeside promenade at Walchsee.
Above the “Lofer” apartment, facing southwest, is the “Wössner See” apartment, named after the idyllic swimming lake in Unterwössen. As a special treat, in addition to the comfortable sofa bed for two people, it features a large TV armchair that can be used as a sleeping area for a fifth person. This makes the apartment suitable for larger families and ideal for enjoying cosy evenings together.
Guests are also welcome to use the communal garden and the barbecue area.

Our house is located in the idyllic town centre, right next to the Reit im Winkl Tourist Information Office and the hiking trails that begin just behind it. The ski schools, the free shuttle bus to the Winklmoosalm gondola in winter, and the groomed cross-country ski trail are also just a stone’s throw away—a mere few metres.
Since my wife has had a second home in the Tyrolean Alps since childhood and I spent several years in the Swiss mountains, we are now fulfilling a lifelong dream by taking over the Alpenhaus Julia.
We’ve always been avid winter sports enthusiasts and hikers. Now we’ve made it our mission to provide you with a wonderful base for your perfect holiday, and we hope to help our guests create equally beautiful memories.
