Wir haben ein sauberes Haus vorgefunden. Den Besitzer durften wir auch kennenlernen, welcher bemüht ist, alles auf den neusten Stand zu bringen. W- LAN wurde angeschlossen und kleine Mängel dokumentiert, was zu reparieren ist. Auch wenn noch nicht alles Perfekt ist, können wir das Haus empfehlen. Die Zufahrt zu dem Ferienhaus ist etwas schmal und mit einem Transporter etwas schwierig aber machbar. Es lassen sich sehr gut Wandertouren entweder in die unmittelbare Umgebung oder dem Rest der Sächsischen Schweiz auf der anderen Elbseite organisieren. Auf das Auto kann dabei durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof Schöna verzichtet werden. Die Zimmergrößen sind für 10 Gäste inkl. Kleinkinder optimal. Die Gemeinschsftsbereiche (draußen und drinnen) laden zum gemütlichen Verweilen und Grillen ein. Nur beim Thema Sauberkeit und teilweise dem Alter einiger Einrichtungen würde ich Abstriche machen und muss einigen Bewertungen vorangegangener Gäste Recht geben. Also keinesfalls mit hohen Erwartungen herangehen. Die Lage ist dafür sehr ruhig und für Wanderungen gut gelegen. Hinweisen muss ich aber auch darauf, dass die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Bad Schandau und damit etwas weg sind. Blöd wenn dann nur geringe Mengen Klopapier vorgefunden werden. Aber wie gesagt, wenn man keine hohen Ansprüche stellt, fühlt man sich trotzdem vor Ort sehr wohl. ##### Andreas P. Eine Telefonnummer wurde nicht gefunden. Eine Einweisung in das Gebäude mit DDR-Charme wäre sinnvoll gewesen. Der Grill war so verschmutzt, dass er als nicht verwendbar gesehen werden kann. Das W-LAN war wohl abgeschaltet. Die Elektrik entspricht nicht VDE-Vorschriften. LED Beleuchtung aus dem Foto ist defekt. Das Haus hat keine Rauchmelder und keine Feuerlöscher. Im Vergleich mit anderen Ferienwohnungen, die wir als Gruppe gemietet hatten bekommt diese Ferienwohnung NULL Punkte. Die Zufahrtstrasse - für die der Vermieter nichts kann - ist eine Zumutung für normale PKW's ##### Winfried R. In unserer Urlaubswoche haben wir nur einmal das Auto benötigt. Ansonsten konnten wir unsere Wanderziele per Bahn oder Fähre erreichen. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig, ebenfalls die Einrichtung. Das Wasser von der Dusche oben, lief schlecht ab, so dass der Flur zum Teil unter Wasser stand Es war zwar alles vorhanden, wirkte aber eher "zusammengeschustert". Es wäre auch von Vorteil, wenn ein Staubsauger vorhanden wäre. Da das Wetter super war, haben wir unseren Urlaub trotzdem genossen. ##### Marianne H. Leider trübte der erste Eindruck unsere erfolgreiche Ankunft und die sichtlichen Bemühungen des Vermieters um mehr Komfort. Der Müllberg vor der Haustür und der vergessene Kaffefilter in der Maschine, sowie der etwas schwierige Versuch wenigstens Wasser zu kochen in den schwankenden Töpfen. Aber ganz besonders erschreckend empfanden wir die vielen Hundehaare in einem der Betten. Zum Glück waren wir nicht auf das Schlafzimmer angewiesen. Unser Hund geht in kein Bett!!!! Aber trotz allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in dem Haus sehr genossen und wenn auf diese erwähnten Dinge in Zukunft geachtet wird können wir dieses Objekt empfehlen. ##### Alexandra S. Die Ausstattung in der Küche hätte etwas besser sein können Z.B. kein Schneiderbrett, stumpfe Messer und nichts zum Schärfen.Grillzange wäre schön gewesen. Zum Sauber machen (Besenrein gefordert) gab es nur einen Kinderbesen. WLAN war nicht vorhanden. Ich möchte die aufgezählten Mängel nur als Hinweis geben und würde jederzeit wiederkommem. Stayed 2 nights in Jan 2019 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Manfred S. 11 Jan 2019 #### Viel Platz und super Lage Hat uns sehr gut gefallen auch wenn das Wetter nicht so toll war. Das Ferienhaus bietet viel Platz und ist sehr gemütlich. Wir waren eine Gruppe von Freunden die sich nach langer Zeit mal getroffen haben. Dafür ist das Haus ideal keine Nachbarn die man stören kann. Der Wanderweg führt direkt am Haus vorbei. Auch die Anreise mit dem Zug ist ganz entspannt, da der Bahnhof nur 500 m entfernt ist. Vielen Dank ##### Manfred S. It far of evry thing there is no any signal you can’t use your phone DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT THIS HOUSE !!! The worst house ive evveeerrr seen ! Outside? The parking is too narrow the street is only One way street! Very far from anything in the world !! No service No WIFI ! Youre living in a Island? No washing machine No Microwave! The twalite is very bad ,No waterhole !!!!! No showerhanger ...dude when you take a shower the water goes out !
