Could have been better. Great location for sure! Quiet and easy to find. Just know you have to push hard on the first door to open it. It would also be good to know it is on three floors, with only a bathroom upstairs, with stairs that can be challenging for older people. The bedroom downstairs smells like humidity and the sink was really slow to evacuate. The dishwasher had dirty dishes from prior visitors. There was no trash bag in the trash, no papertowels either. It was clean overall, but I would not stay there again.
