Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation on the terraces or around the pool...<br>The villa is a semi-passive and contemporary architect's house.<br>It was built in 2022 and has been welcoming holidaymakers for 3 years.<br>The air circulates and is renewed in the different spaces from the double-flow CMV. The cool nights in the region allow the house to be slightly cooled in a natural and ecological way. This heating and cooling system comes from Northern European countries. The house has been designed so that it is as airtight as possible and oriented in order to benefit as much as possible from the sun. <br><br>The house is spacious, 154m2 and the doors are 82 cm wide to be able to circulate freely in each room.<br>Two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet.<br>A larger one has its own bathroom (shower and two sinks) and a dressing room.two beds of 160 and one of 140.<br>There are two steps to go from the kitchen to the living room and two more to access the night rooms.<br>The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hobs and a built-in hood.<br>You will find an oven, microwave, fridge and freezer (for 4 people) another fridge with freezer is also in operation if needed (5 or 6 people) in the laundry room. <br>The coffee maker is a nespresso. <br><br>There is a 14kg washing machine and a drying rack outside on the east side.<br><br>There are 6 sunbeds around the pool and 1 garden furniture with some plants to sublimate the space.<br>The pool is large and completely private. It is 11X4 and its depth varies from 1.20m to 1.70m.<br>It is treated with salt and without the addition of chlorine.<br>The pump runs 18 hours a day in hot weather.
